Amazing customer service! Just absolutely loved the ladies. Thank you gals for the up lift and messages of encouragement on the lids for the kids!! I just loved stopping. And this is why we love dutch bros. Starbucks is overrated!!! Here is to finishing our long drive to washington! !!keep up the great service! Ohhhh and thank you for the dog treats!!!
These gals and guys are the best, I have made friends with these girls and I simply adore them, the coffee is of course amazing, the genuine care and compassion at the drive up window is like seeing an old friend everyday. I cannot say this for other locations we have been to but i can say that our Orland Dutch Bros is the bomb.
Simple and easy to say that nothing's ever wrong with the drinks. If it's on the classic menu or secret menu, their both good. And it gives me joy that when I came through, i see them having a blast with the loud music and dancing. Their still doing their job but having fun while doing it. One thing that's bad is that amount of time you have to wait. There's like 7 or 8 cars in the line and it take about 5 minutes each car. I can't blame them for this because it's not like a Starbucks that's big with more space. The workers are super friendly with a great attitude. Overall, 5 stars
Lines were pretty long at 9 pm on 9/1/17, so I went up to the walk up window. The girl there told me that the gentleman would be taking my order. After waiting approximately 20 mins, while he was chatting with friends and took their order (who by the way came after me), I decided to go back to my car and went through the drive through. At that time, while being in line behind 5 cars, I watch another customer walk up to the window and in no time at all, her order was taken and she received her drink when we got up to the window. I like the coffee, but they need to pay more attention to customer service than showing what a good time they are having. I hope you can improve on this...
Terrible customer service. That mixed with we had 3 cars in front if us in line and we waited over 20 minutes to get our drinks. We then heard the worker taking the orders tell another customer that had gone up to the wall up window that cars were more of a priority than she was and that she would just have to keep waiting. We are from Oregon and go to dutch bros regularly and have never had issues even close to this.
