I took my vehicle in for a simple repair (to simply prevent any future problems - even though I technically DIDN'T need to bring it in..) he kept my car for eight hours. And didn't begin working on it until their were four hours left in his business hours. My car got repaired and less than a week later, my car was completely unable to run. So I returned my vehicle to him telling him it's completely unable to run. He had my car for 2 days, and then told me that he couldn't fix it. I drive (well drove now..) a 2014 Nissan Versa Note. IF you own ANY type of vehicle less than 2-5 years old. I DO NOT suggest taking your vehicle to this company. I would suggest taking it R&R - because this man WILL destroy your vehicle and then take no action trying to fix it and no accountability either. It saddens me to even have to write this but if somebody could've warned me I would've listened.. Also the fact that I have actually known him and his family personally for years. But when it comes to cars - unless you can afford a new one (which he ultimately suggested) - don't take the risk.
Blew out manifold rings in my 2002 Pace Arrow. Called Frank at 9:00am and he took me in at 10:00. Frank and his assistant were the friendliest people. They completed the work and had me back on the road by 3:30. Very reasonable rates. Highly recommend this business.
They are very nice and caring people. We stopped in because our a/c died. They told us honestly how much it was going to cost and tested the a/c system and did it for free. We really appreciate what they could do and they understood we wouldn't be able to stop by again for them to fix our car since we were on vacation.
